日本株式會(huì)社愛德萬測(cè)試是半導(dǎo)體測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的企業(yè),于2005年7月6日發(fā)布了一種新的便攜式頻譜分析儀U3771(頻率達(dá)到31.8 GHz)/U3772(頻率達(dá)到43 GHz),在同類頻譜儀中體積zui小,重量zui輕,并可使用電池操作,可以測(cè)量人造衛(wèi)星之間及手機(jī)基站間的微波和毫米波信號(hào)。
第3代手機(jī)服務(wù)正以世界性的規(guī)模擴(kuò)大中,因此基站的支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)也在加速擴(kuò)大。這些基站的天線要設(shè)置在zui精確的角度,以便精確地轉(zhuǎn)換信號(hào)。此外, 因?yàn)?0 GHz – 30 GHz 的微波帶傳送有可能被物理障礙物屏蔽,所以大量的基站設(shè)置在高層建筑的屋頂或山頂?shù)雀咛?。為了進(jìn)行這些基站的設(shè)置、檢查和維護(hù),要求頻譜儀具有體積小,重量輕,便攜式的特點(diǎn)。
Advantest新的便攜式頻譜分析儀U3771 / U3772的大小為308 cm (W) x 175 (H) x 209 (D) ,重量低于6 kg,是世界上zui小的可測(cè)量9 KHz – 31.8 / 43 GHz的頻譜儀。由于開發(fā)了新的輸入電路方式,體積只有R3182的1/2。為了適合野外操作,U3771 / U3772 既可以用AC/DC電源操作,也可以用長達(dá)2個(gè)小時(shí)的電池操作。此外預(yù)熱時(shí)間縮短到5分鐘,約為舊機(jī)型的1/6,使技術(shù)人員可以快速、高效地完成工作。
日本愛德萬Advantest U3771,U3772頻譜分析儀實(shí)現(xiàn)了小型化,輕量化,設(shè)計(jì)精巧,具有值得夸耀的完備的測(cè)試功能,包括通道功率、頻率、鄰信道功率、占有帶寬的測(cè)試。此外,更具有高速采樣功能,把測(cè)量再現(xiàn)性提高到 0.01 dB,由此,可以和信號(hào)分析儀一樣完成以前需要功率計(jì)完成的功率測(cè)量。而且,由于配備了高感應(yīng)度輸入功能 (<-117 dBm @ 34 GHz: Typ)能夠捕捉到非常微弱的信號(hào),使得在屋內(nèi)屋外各種條件下都能實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)量。U3771 / U3772日本愛德萬Advantest頻譜分析儀具有 LAN 端口,也有GB-IB接口,測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)可以很容易地傳到計(jì)算機(jī)中進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理。

INSTALLER FORMAT; INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT
The sample software is for use with the measuring instruments above on the Windows XP or Windows 2000 platforms. For your reference, the sample software available may include a basic instruction manual (English versions may not be available for all sample software). Advantest provides the sample software in the following three formats and packages:
Standalone Installer
The sample software contains a standalone installer. The software can be installed and used immediay. The sample software may also include the source code. The source code can be verified with Microsoft Visual Basic.
Visual Basic Source Code (EXE file included)
The sample software can be installed after running Microsoft Visual Basic. This sample software may also come with an EXE file, which can be used to install the software without Microsoft Visual Basic on computers with other installers (e.g. GPIB Remote) already installed.
Excel File Format (MS Visual Basic)
Excel needs to be on your computer to use this format. The sample program can be activated after Excel is loaded.
